Creativity colors everything I do and my dreams go beyond what currently exists to a place that can be. I am a “what if” person that uses my fear as bravery, my insecurities as courage and weaknesses as ammunition to accomplish whatever I set out to do. My art is visual storytelling that aims to educate, inspire, empower and amuse. My hope is that the art will inspire others to dream, to know they can be and do anything they choose, and at a minimum, to take responsibility in the decisions that affect them personally as well as all humanity.

In my current series, I illustrate the lives of achieving women that history has denied the spotlight they deserve, or in some cases, they are well known but misrepresented. My subjects are outliers, rebels and risk takers who ultimately didn’t follow the rules laid out for them by society. Their origins, means and experiences vary but they all arrived at the same place - advocates for humanity. Working in the shadows and normally against all odds, women have made life-altering and long-lasting cultural changes to improve or advance society. Even though the series is focused on women, their contributions are larger than gender, nationality, religion or creed. Exposing and showcasing these persevering women to a wide and diverse audience is my mission and honor.

I began making art after a career as a global marketing and PR professional, where I created innovative art-focused concepts.

My main interest is visual storytelling that records the forged achievers, the accomplished forgotten and the under or misrepresented. My current art project, A Decorated Woman, is a carefully curated line-up of accomplished, complex and persevering women from wildly disparate backgrounds and time periods who shattered myths, boundaries, societal norms and gender roles by conveying their strengths and weaknesses as social commentary.  Each of them is set on an antique dress form and composed of hundreds of layers of digitally collaged patterns using images from my personal jewelry collection.

I have produced two short films: Inspiring Creativity explores the commonalities behind our creative processes in art, architecture and design and Push Button House documents the process of artist/architect Adam Kalkin of converting a shipping container into a sculptural functioning house. Currently in development is a feature film about a little-known female artist of the 17th century. I write and have collaborated with some of the best artists and creators in the world to produce large-scale global art projects.

As part of the Louis200 project, my work has been digitally displayed in the windows of 500 Louis Vuitton stores around the world. The 3D version of the project is currently part of “200 Trunks, 200 Visionaries,” a multi-city tour travelling from Louis Vuitton's home in France to Singapore, Beverly Hills, New York City and then London and Tokyo. I have been exhibited at Museo D'Aumale and Museo Riso in Palermo, as well as a permanent display with APPA Museum in Palermo’s historic Piazza Aragona.

I have also been exhibited in private exhibitions at Six Summit Gallery in New York City, St.Ignatius of Atlanta and Atlanta Art Solutions, as well as a solo show at Gallery D3082 in Venice, Italy.

I sell to private collectors in Europe, UK, USA, India, Canada and Brazil.

I am an Arizona resident who lives in Florence, Italy.
